About Us

We are the Church of the Holy Spirit, an Episcopal Church located in Plymouth, NH, and are part of the Episcopal Diocese of New Hampshire. We are a vibrant, energetic, and engaged community: almost all of our members are involved in some sort of outreach both within the church and in the local and global community. You can read more about what we are currently doing in our newsletter, the News & Notes.

We are one church on two sites. Our main Sunday morning worship space is located at 170 Main St. in Plymouth. This is a beautiful space, but it does pose some challenges such as hampered access and inadequate space for our population. We are currently challenging ourselves to come up with solutions that will make us a barrier free community in every aspect.

Our more accessible space is located at 263 Highland Street, Plymouth, NH. The Community Life Center, or CLC, houses our office space, storage areas, and smaller meeting areas. Griswold Hall is a wonderful gathering space for church and community activities. We proudly host over 35 hours of meetings and activities on a typical week, including many 12-step meetings, Christian Yoga, book sales, quilting, knitting, Wednesday Eucharist, and the weekly summertime Plymouth Area Farmer's market - and this is only a sample of what goes on at the site! Griswold Hall is named in honor of former Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church of the United States, The Rt. Rev. Frank Griswold, who with his wife Phoebe are regular summertime visitors. Please visit ourDirections page for more information.

The Rev. Grace Pritchard Burson is our new Rector. Michelle Betts is our Administrative Assistant. Noelle Beaudin-Robinson is our organist and music director.
